At A Whole You, our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for men and women to break the silence around mental health. We offer a variety of programs including bible studies, workshops, seminars, and conferences, all designed to foster healthy dialogue and create a space of understanding.

We believe that no one should have to do life alone and that we can create a more meaningful life by connecting with each other and drawing strength from our collective experiences. Join us today and become part of a growing community committed to healing and growth.

Wholeness is the nature of our reality.

Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. (46.6 million) experiences mental illness in a given year.

African Americans and Hispanic Americans each use mental health services at about one-half the rate of Caucasian Americans and Asian Americans at about one-third the rate.

Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the U.S. and the 2nd leading cause of death for people aged 10–34.

There is a serious mental health workforce shortage. In states with the lowest workforce, there is up 6 times the number of individuals to only 1 mental health professional. This includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, and psychiatric nurses combined.
